Almond Fried Chicken
     Breaded chicken breast fillets smothered in brown gravy, topped
      with ground almonds 

Cashew Nut (Chicken or Shrimp)
     Stir fried with zucchini, onion, carrot, and celery in a mild sauce,
      topped with roasted cashews
Chow Don (BBQ Pork or Shrimp)
     A Chinese Style omelet with meat and vegetables
Chow Fun
A stir fried dish with rice noodles
Chow Mein (Beef, Chicken, Pork, or Shrimp)
Stir fried with vegetables on top of a bed of crunchy fried noodles

Crab Puffs
     Fried wontons stuffed with cream cheese, imitation crab, and spices
Dry Style
     Deep fried and sauced, with little or no vegetables
General Tso's (Chicken, or Shrimp)
     Batter dipped and fried, then stir fried in a spicy tangy sauce
